Placing an order from the Shop

How do I place an order?

Find the print you’d like to purchase through either the filters, or page sort options. Add this item to cart and then go through the checkout process. I ship to most countries – if you notice I don’t ship to your location, just drop me an email hello@catillest.com. After you’ve done that it’ll add on the shipping costs. When you’ve entered your payment information and reviewed the order you’ll have your awesome animal headed to you!

What if I have a problem with my order?

Don’t panic! You can contact me at any time: hello@catillest.com and I’ll do my best to help sort the problem.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment. If you fail to do so, the item(s) will be dispatched and then they will need to be returned at your cost. To cancel your order simply email me at hello@catillest.com

When will my item(s) arrive?

I aim to get them delivered to you within 3-5 working days (UK & Europe) or 7-21 working days (international).

How do I place an order?

Decide which pet portrait you want here and what you would like it printed on. Once you’ve gone through the checkout and made your order, you’ll receive an email from me within 24 hours asking you for some more information. This will be when I ask for a photo of your pet, and any further customisation options (background colour, text and so on.)

What if I have a problem with my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard and Paypal.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment. If you fail to do so, the item(s) will be dispatched and then they will need to be returned at your cost. To cancel your order simply email me at hello@catillest.com

You can’t cancel the order once I’ve begun work on the portrait (I’ll let you know when this is – I usually can begin work 24 hours after I’ve received your pet’s photo and customisation options.)

When will my item(s) arrive?

Depending on time of year/backlog of orders, and any revisions, it can take between 1-3 weeks from start to you receiving your pet portrait on a printed item. Here’s a rough breakdown of time:

– a draft sketch of your pet in 48 hours
– a complimentary round of revisions in 72 hours
– your final pet portrait emailed to you in 1 week
– receive prints (unframed) in 2-3 working days (UK*)
– receive framed prints and other gifts in 7 working days (UK*)

* Add approximately 1 week for international orders outside the UK.

What do you need from me?

When I email you following your order, I’ll ask for:

– a photo (the more the merrier!) of your pet/s
– if you want text added, what that is (eg. pet’s name, any quirks or character traits, favourite food or toy…)
– your choice of background colour
– anything else you wanted to add (this may cost extra depending on what you would like)

Can you illustrate multiple pets in a portrait?

When am I charged?

You only get charged if/when the campaign hits its target number of sales, and goes to print.

What happens if the campaign does not reach it’s target sales?

You do not get charged, and the t-shirts do not get printed. (This is why I ask you to share the campaign with friends and family!)

Delivery and Returns

Where do you deliver to?

I deliver to all of Europe, the USA and Internationally. If you can’t find your location from the drop down menu when checking out, and want to make an order please email hello@catillest.com and I’ll see if I can fulfil your order.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on how much you order – most single products cost approximately £3 per order for UK Customers which is sent out Royal mail 1st class.

Can I return my item(s) for an exchange or refund?

I accept returns of prints, as well as unworn and unwashed clothing for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.

To request a refund or exchange please email hello@catillest.com stating your Name, Address, Order number and reason for the return/exchange. You’ll then receive full instructions for returning items.

I do have to charge additional postage and packaging on all exchanges. You will notified by email on the best way to pay this.

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on Pet Portraits. That being said, customer satisfaction is very important to me and I will make sure I create a pet portrait you love!

You will receive a sketch of your pet before I get started on the final version. At this point I offer a complimentary revision, where you can make tweaks or suggestions.
